Citta-M IC design service
The key designers of Citta-M have been working in world class compnies, institutes and univeristies, have accumulated lots of know hows in millimeter wave SoCs, TeraHz and ultra wideband applications, expecially at SiGe BiCMOS designs. We provide the following design services, feasibility analysis, IP development, product testing, high frequency packaging and on-chip antenna integration.
From 5GHz to 500GHz we can provide designs of: LNA, mixer, frequency multiplier, frequency divider, PA, VCO, PLL, digital phase shifter, on-chip antenna, and SoCs with a few circuits of the above. Welcome those partners who want to have their own dedicated ICs, with this your IP can be very well protected.
